August 6th and it's back to School for Sabby. School starts so early in AZ, August is such a hot month here, I'm not sure I get it. Sabby is a tiny little thing and will be in first Grade. Dress codes for this school K-8 are very strict. No backless (ok). No spaghetti straps.. (ok). No sleeveless - come on? They have these rules in effect to keep the older girls in the school appropriately dressed but sleeveless in this oven state seems a bit silly to this old gran. Sabby, I PROMISE, I'll finish your new purple dress before your first day of school. Short little sleeves.

Summer goes by sooo fast for the kids but for us parents, we WELCOME it.. lol. Sabby have a great year in First grade, it's gonna be great. And yeah the whole sleevless thing, i dont get it. i mean i dont like wearing sleavless but a first or 2nd grader? oh well i'm sure gran will have a very pretty dress for you!
